'Sucker Punch' Star Emily Browning Defends the Film's Reviews of Being 'Sexist'

Amongst the reviews that Sucker Punch has garnered since its release, the word “sexist” seems to be the most popular term to describe it.

Australian actress, Emily Browning, who stars in the film as Baby Doll, is coming to the Zack Snyder film’s defense.

The Sydney Morning Herald reports that 22-year-old Browning is brushing off comments that the film has erotic undertones and objectifies the cast of mostly women.

Sucker Punch may be getting some mixed reviews, but the negative energy is not stopping actress Vanessa Hudgens from partying in Britain while promoting the film.

According to Contact Music, the film is getting plenty of slack for coming off as a sexist film. Though Emily Browning adamantly defends it, critics cannot help but comment on the erotic undertones of the film.

The movie Sucker Punch has been making headlines for a while and it has finally made it to the big screen for everyone to see the highly-anticipated action thriller.
