Baldur's Gate - Dark Alliance II

The first was good, the second is even better...

I have been a Baldur's Gate addict since the first game I played on all three hardness levels and beat it twice. So when I heard part two was coming out I couldn't wait. I was not disappointed at all. Dark Alliance II has new characters to develop. I have used the cleric and the monk, and have partnered with the barbarian and thenecromancer. I didn't get to play with the rogue as of yet. I found iteasier to beef up their skills and armor this time.

The general idea of the game is that you are an adventurer savingBaldur's Gate from evil.

Zack and Wiki: Quest for Barbaros' Treasure

A challenging, albeit surprisingly hardcore, puzzle game for all ages.

Zack and Wiki: Quest for Barbaros' Treasure is a hero, because it breathed life into the lungs of a dying video game genre: the point and click adventure game. Given its complexity and use of the Wii's motion controls, it's not exactly like the old-school adventure games from the days of yore (like the classic "Monkey Island" series from LucasArts), but it's still a kind of title that is rarely seen these days. It's refreshing, it's well executed, and it shows that adventure and puzzle games still have a place in gaming.

The Legend of Zelda: The Phantom Hourglass

The Legend of Zelda: The Phantom Hourglass is the first Nintendo DS Zelda title, and while there are some kinks that need to be worked out for the next one, this is still an impressive outing.
