Salsa is clearly a Caribbean sound, but I'm not sure that many people attribute the Salsa sound to its roots of a fusion between the New World and it's African heritage. This cd breaks it down and illustrates the difference for you. It's a fun cd, and unintentionally it's a bit of a learning tool.
