Ilona Knopfler - Some Kind of Wonderful
- Ilona starts off with a great version of "Some Kind of Wonderful" done in a style, which would make a great Ally McNeal soundtrack. It's essentially all covers of that cool, nightclub by Motown that has seen a revival as of late. Each one of the choices is brilliant, and she switches from songs that are traditionally done by men to those sung by woman with ease. Look for a great cover of "One" and "Moondance" that you've ever heard from a female vocalist. Ilona proves that good vocals have no gender boundaries. This album has stayed in the car's stereo for quite some time.
