Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets - Self Titled
- The second score in the Harry Potter series brings composer John Williams back into the fantasy adventure genre, where he has written his most famous scores for the big screen. The Harry Potter films are packed with memorable themes and exciting suspenseful music, that only the most famous film composer of all time could achieve. The Chamber of Secrets score adds to an already large Wagnerian score; a soaring theme for Fawkes The Phoenix, a dark and furious theme for the Chamber of Secrets and a charming theme for Dobby, The House Elf. The racks "Dueling the Basilisk" and "Reunion of Friends" bring this score to a memorable grand finale. This is vintage John Williams and highly recommended.
