Chip Taylor, Carrie Rodriguez - Trouble With Humans
- Two opposing voices. Carrie sounds sweet and soft like a Sheryl Crowe, while Chip sounds a bit rough and gruff like a Willie Nelson or better yet, a Merle Haggard. Together they sing these duets which go together surprisingly well. You wouldn't know it by looking at them, but they sound as if they're quite a pair. He looks like he's been wizened by the road a few times, and sounds it. Carrie on the other hand has a sweet country twang and looks great in blue jeans. Together, they're perfect.
