Danna Banana - Daddy-O
- Danna Banana is really Dan Cohen, a man who performs children songs that can also appeal to adults. He’s really riding the fence in that sense. I’m not saying that I would buy this CD for my own taste; however, if I had my niece over and had to sing that stupid Barney stuff one more day I’d go nuts. This is the kind of music that I can be okay with and with which the kids won’t get bored. Of course, everybody is focusing on the track "Dugak" that features Hal Linden of Barney Miller fame, but the album is something that you can play for hours while you are babysitting and not get upset as you might with some of the other CDs in this genre.
