Garage A Trois - Outre Mer soundtrack
- Outre Mer, a French film about a midget’s search for the “land of the little people,” takes its soundtrack from the New Orleans based group Garage a Trois, who have a progressive sound built up by a vibraphonist/percussionist, guitarist, drummer, and a saxophonist. A mix of funk and jazz, with a salt & pepper bit of everything else in there too; GAT makes a wonderful sound, full of rhythm and exotic beats. The creativity in the tracks is haunting, sultry, and intriguing. Check it out on July 26th.
