The Proclaimers - Restless Soul
- Restless Soul, the new album from The Proclaimers, is an example of what nearly twenty years of making music can produce. On Restless Soul, The Proclaimers refine their distinct sound, with smarter lyrics and better arrangements. After producing six albums, The Proclaimers have developed a range of musical style. On Restless Soul, they use that range to make each track special. The slow and soft, “Now and Then,” is followed by the powerful, “One More Down.” Their quirky style you may remember from their hit “I’m Gonna (500 Miles)” that was played in excess in the early 90’s is still present on this album. However, Restless Soul shows how far the Proclaimers have come in their career.
