Josh Bates - Perfect Day
- Josh Bates brings a message of hope and encouragement on his debut album, Perfect Day. His likeness to mainstream male singer/songwriters will make him a hit amongst the sensitive Christian rock crowd. It also helps that Bates looks a lot like a California surfer.
Perfect Day is similar to other Christian rock albums. Bates uses his gift for music to spread his beliefs. His faith in God can be found on tracks such as, “None Like You” and “Walking Through the Fire.” Although, his words have been heard before, his ability on the guitar is undeniable. This talent will enable him to succeed in the mainstream market. However, from the sound of “Perfect Day,” he seems content in his place.
