All Jacked Up
Controversial country singer, Gretchen Wilson, sings about love, money, and yes, fried chicken. It's no wonder why Wilson has been accused of being a "redneck woman," once again. Wilson's new album, "All Jacked Up," is just as raw as her first. On this 12 track cd, she pours her heart out to her fans, usually talking about her country roots. Wilson is not just an innocent small-town girl, but she's also a "lover and a mother," as she sings about the hardships associated with cooking, cleaning, and taking care of the kids in "Full Time Job." Wilson also rags on Hollywood in the song "California Girls," especially the infamous Paris Hilton. Wilson says she has nothing against plastic surgery, since it did do wonders for Dolly Parton, "But that Paris Hilton gets under my skin, with her big fake smile and her painted on tan, she's never had a chance at a real man." This album is great because it's real, it's funny, and it's main reference is beer.
