Alex Bugnon - Free
- Alex Bugnon is simply a genius on the piano, making easy listening a little jazzier. Bugnon’s album, Free, is 10-track jazz festival for your ears. Bugnon picks fast piano sets, light melodies, and an evident R&B style for his new CD. Almost every track is worthy of calling “soulful.” My favorites are “Fingertips,” “In Your Eyes,” and “Free.”
The last two track on the CD just slow the entire album down. Whether you are “into” jazz instrumentals or not, I believe, Bugnon is worth listening to because he is such an obvious talent.
