Patrizio Buanne - L' Italiano
- Patrizio Buanne, the Italian romantic, has a 14-track CD called L’ Italiano. Buanne has a very powerful voice, but unlike traditional Italian music, Buanne incorporates English and Italian. His voice reminds me of a cross between Elvis and Sinatra. The contemporary music focuses on themes of love, tradition, and self-worth. This album would be wonderful to listen to while dining at an Italian restaurant, during a night at home, or while entertaining. If you like Italian music, chances are you will cherish Buanne’s album. I enjoyed it even though I do not usually listen to this type of music. Songs I really liked were “My World,” “Love, Forgive Me,” and “Home to Mama.”
