Plug Uglies - Retrospective
- Australian band Plug Uglies have put together a compilation album of their greatest works aptly named “Retrospective”.
Unfamiliar with their work until listening to this album, I’ve taken quite a likening to this band who have, over the years, suffered tremendous loss. Since the conception of the band in 1986 two fellow band mates Johnny Gorman and Michael Hiron have passed.
For all the die-hard Plug Uglies fans out here “Retrospective” is an album you’re going to devour and savor. And for this reviewer it’s been my pleasure to be introduced to the music of Plug Uglies.
