Annie Minogue Band - Tripping The Velvet
- The Annie Minogue Band album “Tripping The Velvet” hit me hard with their knock–out rock attitude and gleaming power ballads.

“Black and Blue”(hot song, awesome vocals and power)! “Down”(stunning) “Ordinary Life” (fantastic and jamming…may be my favorite)”, “Stay”, “Do You Wanna Start Something With Me”(soft, pretty, passionate…great tune) and “Close to Tomorrow” is for me, some of the true beauties on the album.

Annie Minogue has been making quite a name for herself in the last five years. She was honored with many awards including National Artist Of The Year and Female Vocalist Of The Year. Other accomplishments include her debut album “Home” having songs featured on MTV’s Real World and Dawson’s Creek. In 2004 the Annie Minogue Band was formed and have Headlined at the Texas State Fair and opened for such awesome performers as David Lee Roth, Chris Whitley, Dave Navarro, Poison and Black Eyed Peas.

‘Tripping The Velvet” by the Annie Minogue Band is a win-win album to checkout.
