Groove Coverage - Greatest Hits
- Dance with something to say. I have listened to and danced to a good number of club, House music but I never really listened to the words and actually heard a message or a lyrical song, unless you count Ace of Base. But sometimes I don’t think House music needs lyrics. I mean who sits down and listens to what the song is about. Most people I know are dancing either around their living rooms or at a club, dance hall somewhere. This CD is a compilation of multi-platinum, chart topping, DJ Novus, vocalist Mell, greatest hits over the course of five or so years, starting from the beginning of Groove Coverage, 2001. It is comprised of their hit Poison, an Alice Cooper rock, metal hit, that they turned it to a Trance hit, and others. It is Euro-Dance, high speed, which I can say is somewhat different than American dance music. It is ballads and emotions set to some wild synths that rock the whole CD, and give a sort of euphoric melody that kinds of draws you in, to some kind of musical Trance, thus the name.
