Mower - Not For You
- I think Kiss may have had a great effect on this band. Not For You is somewhat in the middle of Rock and Metal. The vocals are strong and unique and the lyrics get you through to the core of the music, minus the loudness. I will never understand why they scream so much or why the band has to play so loudly for me to hear it. But track 12 is more vocals than metal, which is a good thing because I get to hear if I should need a Priest in the room while I listen. It seems a lot of Heavy Rockers and Metal-ers like to channel evil in their songs, so I was well prepared. But Not For You isn’t too bad but I don’t recommend it to the non secular listener and no one under 17; parents be aware. The first track simulates are crash and someone yelling profanities, and I am still trying to figure out WHY? I am not hating on the songs for they do have a catchy beat to them and the sultriness is quite alluring. And the energy will keep you up for hours, so don’t listening to it while trying to sleep or relaxing. If you need to wakeup and hate coffee, then pop this puppy in.
