Marky Ramone - Start of the Century
- Marky Ramone’s two-disk "Start of the Century” is all that you’d expect a punk-rock album to be by the stellar drummer keeping the spirit of the Ramone’s music alive.
Disk 1 features studio music from the albums "Marky Ramone & the Intruders” and The Answer to Your Problems?” I found myself to be quite pleased with the live performances in disk 2, because of the energy and the quality of sound that ripped through each song. Most especially with “Commando”, “I Just Want to Have Something to Do”, “Havana Affair”, “Rock & Roll High School, “53RD & 3RD”, “KKK Took My Baby Away”, the classic baddie “I Wanna Be Sedated” and “Don’t Come Close”.
Remember the great music that the Ramone’s are famously known for, keep it close to your heart and continue to enjoy it. Treat yourself today, to Marky Ramone’s “Start of the Century” and feel good about his journey to keep his passion for punk-rock alive.
