Patient Like the Moon

The latest release from Charlotte, NC instrumental trio Green Light is a go. Filled with blues, funk, and rock infused measures of uninhibited creativity and improvisation, "Patient Like the Moon," will set the mood and spread the groove ? a sound described as "unique," "eclectic" and "telepathic" instrumental/jazz fusion. There's no shortage of funk within hearing range of musicians Kevin Gill (Guitar), Dustin Hofsess (Bass), and Adam Snow (Drums), collectively known as Green Light. The group has performed together for five years, and this CD attests to their fluid synchronicity and complementary collaboration. Inspired by the brilliance of John Coltrane, Pink Floyd and Jimi Hendrix, and inclusive of diverse worldly rhythms, Green Light forges its own brew of jazz and mood music.
