Wayman Tisdale - Way Up!
- Wayman Tisdale, if that name sounds familiar, other than, being a contemporary jazz artist, then you already knew more about him then I did. Wayman’s a 1984 Olympic Gold medalist in basketball, among his other sizeable related accomplishments: his new album “Way Up! Scored big on sensual, smooth and dreamy, and an over-all good jazz vibe.
“Let’s Do It Again”, “Get Down On It (yeah, Kool & the Gang song)”, “If You Want Me To Stay” and “Tell It Like It Tis” lay out the romance, jazzy funk and soothing sounds for any mood.
