Robert Lowe & Generations - Together Again
- Robert Lowe and Generations “Together Again” is all about loving the Lord. The album was recorded at one of Lowe’s concerts and the audience’s enthusiasm for Lowe’s preachings. The first track is “Date With Destiny” which is an intro to get listeners fired up about the rest of the songs of the album. “Appointed End” is an uplifting song where Lowe’s choir can be heard in the background in all its exalted splendor. The female background vocalists among them Michelle Hutcherson and Helena Campbell shine on this song as through the rest of “Together Again.” “I Shall Reach You” get the audience’s adrenaline for the Almighty pumped as Lowe works the crowd into a frenzy over Him. “Let’s Stay Together” talks about how we must join with the Creator to “overcome pain and misery.” The fifth track on the album “I Won’t Let Go ‘Till You Bless Me” highlights the female vocalists and lets them take the stage and the impact is awe-inspiring.

With “Jacob’s Well” Lowe sets up the story with a short monologue of the tale before bursting into song. “Together Again” truly exemplifies the rush one can have when they show their flame for the All-Powerful in harmony and Robert Lowe & Generations doesn’t overdo the lesson.
