Sylver - Nighttime Calls
- Belgian dance group Sylver has been grooving Europe since 2001 when their hit single “Turn the Tide” soared on the music charts. Silvy de Bie (vocalist), Wout Van Dessel (keyboardist/songwriter) and behind the scenes Regi Penxten (producer, songwriter) turn club-goers out on their third release “Nighttime Calls.” Silvy’s sweet, at times, haunting delivery complements every pulsating, up-tempo track supplied by veteran DJ, van Dessel, on this non-stop, rhythm fest. The synthesizer, drum machine, and percussion- dominated tracks give way to guitar and piano instrumentation heard on “Who Am I” and “Sometimes.” Rich in production, “Nighttime Calls,” named for the late night phone conversations leading up to the disc’s finalization, has undeniable dance appeal. Now you can join fans around the world who have come to know the allure of Sylver.
