Rockin' in the Forest with Farmer Jason

Young kids will love the latest album by Farmer Jason entitled, "Rockin' in the Forest with Farmer Jason." It's a mixed bag of country, rock and punk and some educational stuff, dropped in for good measure, to make a fun-loving album for children to listen to. "The Forest Oh!" talks about how the forest can be a great place to unwind, with lines like, "You wake up in the mornin', the tv doesn't work, your waffles are so cold and the dog has gone berserk/The forest oh! is just the place to go, when you're feelin' blue and you're wonderin' what to do/ I can tell you true it will be good for you." "Punk Rock Skunk" has some discussion from Farmer Jason in the intro, then delves right into music with drums and guitar. ""Ode To A Toad" begins with some informative data about toads, how they are amphibians and where they live and evolve as they grow older. This song has guitar and violin. "Mrs. Mouse" is a short ditty with lines like, "Mrs. Mouse has a house in the forest deep, with her kids safely hid she may get some sleep. In her house, Mrs. Mouse is happy and serene/ Mrs. Mouse has a house lovely as can be. Boy oh boy, it's a joy to see her family." "Forest Rhymes" sounds like a sing-along song kids can yell or sing the answers to, as Farmer Jason sings songs and questions about the lush greenery of the forest. All in all, "Rockin' in the Forest with Farmer Jason" is an outstanding album to buy a young child and gives them knowledge in a pleasant and musical way.
