Valencia - This is a Possibility
- There is a possibility this CD could have been better.
“This is a Possibility” by Valencia is an emo-punk album that sounds like many of the other punk albums out on the market today.
Just look at one song title to get the picture of what the album has to offer listeners. “What the Hell Are You Doing, Man? That’s Weird!” I think this song sums up what to expect from the entire album –- fun-loving songs that just seem kind of like gibberish.
The actual instrumental sound on the album is pretty good. It is right up there with Yellowcard or other popular emo-bands. The knock against the band is the weak lyrics and repetitive sound.
Big fans of punk music will probably think “This is a possibility” to purchase. I on the other hand was left wanting something different.
