- Evgeny Kissin performs Chopin with grace, and a sort of daintiness as well. The sound of the piano is so light and airy, with a beautiful romantic feel. Listening to this could make your mind drift away to a place of no cares in the world.
Not only is the music of Kissin soothing and calming, but it tells a story in each song as well. As the music gets heavier and faster, the story plot gets into the climax and then the problem gets resolved as the music slowly softens and drifts away.
Kissin does a beautiful job at playing Chopin, and if anyone is a fan of Chopin or needs to unwind for a coffee break at the office, this album would be your ticket.
