Alec Berlin - Beauty, Grazing at the Trough
- Alec Berlin's upbeat pop beat in his album, Beauty, Grazing at the Trough, has quirky, funny lyrics to go with the fun sound of the music.
His album has a little of a Jack Johnson happy-go-lucky feel to it, with silly songs like, "Everything I Want." The sound is very upbeat and pleasurable to listen to, as is Johnson's music.
Berlin also has a softer side to him as well, and not everything on the album is cheerful. "I Know the Truth," has a slower, steady pace with just a tad darker lyrics than some of his other songs.
"Beauty, Grazing at the Trough is a great listen for anyone, whether it's pop, rock or even a little indie/folk.
