Electron Love Theory - Color Love Theory
- Electron Love Theory is constructed by songwriter/producer Jeff Leisawitz. The music can be compared to such artists as Dido, Alanis Morissette, Gus Gus, and Everything but the Girl. This album, Color Love Theory, has a strong electronica sound along with pop/rock and some smooth grooves as well.
The vocals on the album's tracks are very soothing, and soft but not dull. When listening to her, you can definitely see the comparison for Dido. This is someone who you can listen to when you need some time to relax and unwind.
However, such lyrics as "shut up, I can't take it anymore," might not be as soothing, but very empowering to women. So if any women out there are looking for some new female music that talks about the good, the bad and the ugly, Electron Love Theory is an excellent choice.
