Angela Hacker - The Winner is Angela Hacker
- Angela Hacker is the fifth winner of USA’s Nashville Star, a televised singing contest similar to American Idol, except with country singers. The Winner is Angela Hacker features five original songs and five studio recordings of songs performed on the show.

“Love Me Wild,” as the title indicates, is a fun and upbeat song with twangy guitar strumming that adds to it’s light nature. “Let's get deliriously crazy, let’s throw caution to the wind, let’s make love until we’re crying and then make love again,” is a lyric that shows the woman’s desire to “surrender to the roller coaster ride” of love.

“Do Right Woman Do Right Man” is a country girl's girl power anthem. The song talks about a woman’s worth. “They say that it’s a man’s world, but you can’t prove that by me, and as long as we’re together show some respect for me,” Hacker proclaims as she belts out this Aretha Franklin song to the fullest extent of her lungs.

Hacker co-wrote “Emotionless,” about an unexpected meeting with an ex who doesn’t seem to be bothered by the encounter, and the woman’s desire to know how he can be so cold. Her voice is like honey during the refrains.

At the rate Angela Hacker is going, we might have the next Faith Hill or Sheryl Crow on our hands, to own the country music circuit.
