Bella - No One Will Know
- “No One Will Know,” from Bella, is an album that brings each band member's distinct musical influences into each track, giving the entire record its own unique spin. Tiffany Garrett Sotomayer, Cameron Fraser and Charla McCutcheon all hail from different parts of the world and they administer their singularities into each song, making this album one that listeners will find intriguing and hard not to listen to.

The first track begins with guitar and percussion work followed by keyboard play that has an electronica-like flow to it. The female vocalist’s timbre is soft and contrasts with the firm tone of the song. She sings about the public not really knowing her and her friends with lyrics like, “Don’t want to pretend…They don’t know us…Don’t want to pretend…They think they know us…You don’t know us.”

The third track starts off with slow keyboard work from McCutcheon. The female singer gives off hushed vocals to form a melody in the intro that is nothing short of hypnotic. She croons about the subterfuge she has been fed by her partner and how she has finally come to realize who he really is. “Looks just like your doing what I like across the way…Half of all you said was true the rest was just like you and I was no better. Don’t look at me that way and I won’t look at you.” Drum play from Sotomayer causes the pace of the song to speed up considerably. The message inherent in this track is palpable, the female vocalist is conveying that both her and her beloved made grave miscalculations in their relationship and they have made the female not want to be looked upon by him because of the shame she feels at her actions.

Bella’s “No One Will Know” is an album filled with catchy rhythms and secretive lyrics, but the female vocalist brings an air of gentleness that will leave listeners pondering each song’s meaning. Plus, the tempo of every the track is so infectious that listeners will also find themselves dancing to tunes that have an otherwise enigmatic significance.
