Remedy

Remedy, from the David Crowder Band, is an album that is filled with inspirational songs that will motivate listeners to take stock in the power of the Lord and the competence within themselves. The male vocalist's timbre has such resonance that listeners will be helplessly drawn into the insightful messages that are inherent in every song.

"The Glory Of It All" has stalwart guitar work alongside the male vocalist's engaging voice. On this track, the vocalist is alerting listeners to the Holy Spirit's presence and that if they feel lost, that they are assured of His propinquity. "In the end. He'll be there. He'll be there/He forgives and the glory of it all."

On "Can You Feel It?" there is quick and upbeat guitar play that is accompanied by light drumming. A futuristic tone is present on this song, which adds a divergent rhythm as the vocalist builds up listeners' resolve. "Can you feel it? Can you feel it/Life make it so hard sometimes."

"/neverending/" has more electronic sounds in the intro, as the vocalist goes on about how He is always present in every vista of one's existence. The singer's voice is in total rhythm with the instrumentation, which might hypnotize listeners. "Because you're always neverending/Always you were you are neverending."

The David Crowder Band's "Remedy" fuses pop, gospel and Christian music into a collection of songs that will speak to listeners about the grandeur of having the Almighty in one's corner. Listeners might find this compelling clump of songs the perfect antidote to their musical fix.
