Brooks & Dunn - Cowboy Town
- Brooks & Dunn, country music’s most successful duo has done it again. “Cowboy Town,” their latest CD is rich with honest insightful writing, humor and enough energy to start a f-150 without a battery. Here are the highlights: “Cowgirls Don’t Cry,” a touching father/daughter relationship song; "Proud of the House We Built," one of the most romantic country songs I've ever heard; “God Must Be Busy,” which touches on society’s ills; and the rowdy title cut, which also serves as the CD’s opener.
After listening to this disc, it’s easy to see why they continue to collect CMA’s year after year, and with this CD, the streak should continue.
