Ann Licaster - Following the Call
- Atmospheric at its best, redundant at it’s worst, Ann Licasters’ “Following the Call” will make you believe you’re on the great plains of North Dakota in the winter. It’s hollow pan flute playing throughout is the perfect meditation soundtrack, for it seems it was designed to help you free your mind so that the soul can follow.
It’s only drawback is just that-it seems made for only those circumstances. The one exception is “Ancient Echoes,” where you truly feel as if there are ancient voices speaking to you.
If meditation is your thing, then I most definitely recommend “Following the Call.”
