Jimmy G - Kids Totally Rock
- This album is apparently billed as a children's music album. It is a very strange collection of songs, which ostensibly appear to be made by a man who is gearing his music toward children. In itself, that is an interesting assumption, as plenty of parents, over the decades, have played rock, or whatever type of music was popular in that day, and children grew up with fond memories of it, anyway.
Jimmy G's "Kids Totally Rock" is being packaged as kid-friendly rock, when all that he has done differently is changed lyrics, though the songs are clearly meant to evoke melodies from older, better-known, and better-played rock songs.
There is nothing great about this album, and there are many, many other children's music albums out there that would be better suited for audiences of children.
