Afterdawn's "Break" is five tracks and what I think is an EP. Taking a look at their MySpace, one can discover that they are not signed to a label, but after listening to this CD, one will realize they have potential to be listened to be many rock fans. Although I think most of them will probably be on the younger side of the large group of people who call themselves rock fans. The music is well mixed considering that they probably did not have the best studio tech at their fingertips. The harsh guitars make me think they will be a hard rock band, but on occasion I feel there is a little alt in there, too. Overall, a pretty good album showing a band with potential.
