The End Begins

For those unfamiliar with the band Tantric, here's an exercise. Remember the soundtrack for the movie Spider-Man? Yes, the one with the incredible lineup of rock and alternative performers. Tantric is the type of band that would have fit on that album perfectly. Somewhat reminiscent of Staind, Nickelback and The Hives, the edgy, alternative rock sound delivers. The 11-song album, released in late spring of 2008, is full of catchy melodies and heartfelt lyrics. "The One" is especially pleasant, containing sweeping melodies. "Love Song" is also one song to look for. Overall, Tantric's The End Begins is a rich collection of songs which sound good, polished and professional. May The End Begins soon begin to gather its own following.
