Oh Snap

Over the last six years, there have been a number of especially notable iconic bands, including Yellowcard, All American Rejects, and Fall Out Boy. Philmont, a new band, has a similarly indie/alternative rock sound, and will hopefully make it big soon, as well. The indie group, sometimes also classified as a Christian rock band, has released a 5-song peek album, titled Oh Snap. This album is a pleasing surprise, packing a rocking punch, and complimented with serious rocker vocals. Watch out for "I Can't Stand to Fall" and "Another Name," arguably the two best songs on this already very impressive album. I look forward to the release of Philmont's complete album in the near future.
