We Can Get Together

We Can Get Together was the final album released by now-deceased, blues musician Sean Costello. This album, driven by Costello's superb guitar playing, is an album filled with tracks about love and loss.

"Told Me a Lie" is a song about a woman who does the singer wrong when she's caught in the arms of another man. Costello's guitar playing in this song is incredible. While there are long gaps without his guitar, his voice, ragged and edgy, fills in wonderfully.

"Going Home" is an incredible track with a gospel tone to it. The song is about a man who sees his own mortality. His voice on this track takes on a roots and ramble feel, somewhat similar to Bruce Springsteen or Jeff Beck.

"Feel Like I Ain't Got a Home" is a song driven by Costello's guitar skills. His voice is simply a bonus, icing on the cake that is this great blues track.

This album is a perfect eulogy for one of the greatest blues artists of our generation. If you are a fan of the blues, add We Can Get Together to your collection as soon as possible.
