Cupero
A distinctive style and a different voice is the breath of fresh air the music scene needs. Cupero is that fresh air with her self-titled CD. This pop/rock singer takes chances in her music which is impressive to anyone that listens to her album, "Cupero."
Her song, "I Thought I Knew Love," is a happy song about discovering love. Cupero's pop-like style mixes with a rock sound when she plays her electric guitar on this track resembling the music from Hanson's '90s song, "MMMBop." "I Thought I Knew Love" is one of the best love tracks off the album.
Cupero switches the happy tone with a slightly gloomy one with the song, "Life Is a Moment." She pours her heart out on this one exposing all of her feelings in verse after verse. She does this cute yodeling throughout the song making it charming.
Cupero has two Spanish songs, "Quiero Tu Amor" and "La Sombra," where her vocals are amazing. She has talent that most people overlook because she isn't that popular; however, hopefully listening to her new CD, "Cupero," will change your mind. It will be worth it in the end.
