John Waters

Continuing my story, another person I encountered and met at the Toronto Film Fest was John Waters, there to promote his (ghastly) film A DIRTY SHAME.I met him at his hotel lobby; he was quite friendly, as a young girl and her mother approached him for a photo. He obliged, and the woman must have been nervous as she left the lens cap on the camera!! (no joke) And John Waters upon noticing said "You have to remove the lens cap Pecker!" So funny and nice. Later that night we went to the Toronto premiere of A Dirty Shame (it was so hard to sit through, real hard). Selma Blair and Johnny Knoxville were there (did not meet). Later that night we went to Remington's a gay strip/brothel bar. And guess who John Waters with a group of people were there. The dancer on stage was completely naked with a rubber band around his appendage. That was the last I saw of John Waters after that night. He seemed ultra-cool. Yes there is more to tell...
