Other driver involved in Bruce Jenner's fatal car crash was driving on suspended license

More updates are coming in about the fatal car crash Bruce Jenner was involved in this past weekend, which killed his neighbor Kim Howe.

Another driver involved in the tragic accident, talent manager Jessica Marie Steindorff, was driving on a suspended license.

Her lawyer, Roger Simon, told the Daily News that she’s a “victim” in the crash and it does not factor into it in any way.

“The story that she was making an illegal u-turn is 100 percent false. She was meeting with a client in Zuma. She has the text messages that prove it,” he explained about media speculation. “She met with detectives today. Nothing looks to be criminal.”

The 29-year-old daughter of a Hollywood producer and who counts model Alessandra Ambrosio as a client has had her license suspended twice in the past – once in 2012 and again in 2013, first for an “unsatisfied judgment,” and then for failure to appear in court.

Jenner’s Cadillac Escalade crashed into Howe’s Lexus, which in turn rear-ended Steindorff’s Toyota Prius on Saturday. Howe passed away from blunt chest trauma on the scene.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has since released a statement, saying, “My heartfelt and deepest sympathies go out to the family and loved ones, and to all of those who were involved or injured in this terrible accident,” adding, "It is a devastating tragedy, and I cannot pretend to imagine what this family is going through at this time. I am praying for them. I will continue to cooperate in every way possible."
