The Contest Sponsor (as stated within each contest) is responsible for all aspects of their contest. TheCelebrityCafe.com is not responsible for any problems, issues, financial or material losses resulting from these contests.
Limitations of Liability: TheCelebrityCafe or Contest Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, hardware or software, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes.
Only one person per household may be a winner in any 30-day period.
For prizes valued at $500 or more, the winner must be at least 18 years old. No person may win such a prize more than once in any six-month period.
TheCelebrityCafe.com and Contest Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value; winners do not have any right to substitution of prizes.
Prizes must be claimed by the winners, and are not transferable.
Where a prize consists of tickets for a sporting event, concert, movie, play or similar event, neither TheCelebrityCafe.com nor the Contest Sponsors will be responsible for cancellation. In that event, the winner must deal exclusively with the promoter of the event.
Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, or other costs that may be associated with the winning of a prize.
Particular contests may limit eligibility to persons of a certain age, who live in a given geographic location, or who work in a particular job, by way of example. Contestants are responsible for determining whether such eligibility limitations apply to a particular contest or promotion.
Winners must claim prizes within 30 days of notification. Prizes not so claimed will revert back to the Contest Sponsors.
If a prize is not received 90 days after the contest end date and the winner does not notify the Sponsor nor TheCelebrityCafe.com the winner forfeits all rights to the prize.
Neither TheCelebrityCafe.com nor the Contest Sponsors will be responsible for mail that has been lost, damaged or delayed.
Unless specific contest rules provide otherwise, all prizes consisting of trips must be taken within one year of the award, or the prize will be forfeited.
Winners of prizes consisting of trips must book such trips at least 60 days in advance.
Unless specific contest rules provide otherwise, prizes consisting of trips may not be booked for holiday travel.
Contests and promotions are subject to all federal, state and local laws.
It may take up to or over 10 weeks for delivery, depending on the prize.
The interpretation of these and all other rules relating to contests or promotions sponsored by TheCelebrityCafe.com is reserved exclusively to TheCelebrityCafe.com. Its decisions shall be final.
All contests entries become the property of TheCelebrityCafe.com and if the appropriate box is checked the Contest Sponsor's property.
Information is only shared with the Contest Sponsor should a check box be available or if the sponsor is shipping prizing. Otherwise no information is shared to any other third parties.
By entering the contests, winners agree to have their name posted on our winners page.
