Another movie is making the jump to the small screen. Martin Scorsese is reportedly working his his favorite network, HBO, and Paramount to develop a Shutter Island film. Dennis Lehane, who wrote the novel that Scorsese’s 2010 Leonardo DiCaprio hit was based on, will write the pilot.

The series is currently titled Ashecliffe and Scorsese will also direct the pilot. According to Deadline, the project originated from Paramount TV chief Amy Powell, who then took it to Scorsese and the producers on the original movie.
