‘America’s Next Top Model’ Winner, Whitney Thompson, Flaunts Her Curves

America’s Next Top Model winner, Whitney Thompson, is fiercely flaunting her voluptuous curves in a nude campaign to promote Hollywood NOW’s fifth annual Love Your Body Day.

Thompson is not only the winner of cycle 10, but she is also the first plus-size contestant to win the coveted crown of America’s Next Top Model, ANTM. Thompson sported new dark locks and not much else as she joined curvy Love Your Body Day founder and Hollywood NOW president, Chenese Lewis, in a provocative photo shoot photographed by Inez Lewis.

“We are so excited to have Whitney as our celebrity host this year,” Lewis, a former Miss Plus America, said in a statement. “She makes loving your body fierce!” On October 23, Thompson will also host the Love Your Body Day event in West Hollywood. The event celebrates women of all body types while raising awareness of eating disorders.

In a release, Thompson revealed her opinion on the recent ANTM controversy about its apparent glorification of stick-thin contestants. Tyra Banks, former model and ANTM creator, has frequently apologized for the matter.

“Tyra supports women of all sizes as long as they are healthy,” Thompson says. “I do not fault her for her reaction to seeing such a tiny waist. She had a similar reaction to seeing [former contestant] Toccara's enormous breasts.”

All ANTM fans can anticipate the new season, cycle 15, on September 8 on the CW.
