10 Things I Hate About You to Be Adapted into TV Show
It was nearly three years ago when I first saw 10 Things I Hate About You. I had just seen the first Bourne film, and I was in kind of a Julia Stiles state of mind.
And then, after Heath Ledger died earlier this year, FX and WGN started replaying it. Over the course of a week, I saw bits and pieces of it three different times.
And I was surprised by how funny it is.
Anyway, the executives over at ABC Family must have had a similar experience, because the network announced Thursday that they have picked up a pilot based on the film.
The pilot was directed by Gil Junger, who also directed the full-length feature.
It is about two sisters' struggles at a new high school.
Check back for more information about the show, specifically if it is picked up by ABC Family.
