George Clooney plans to sue paparazzi for invasion of privacy.

George Clooney is planning to sue an Italian photographer and the two magazines that published photos of the actor's home. The paparazzi allegedly climbed the wall of Clooney's Italian home and shot a topless photo of a 13-year-old girl changing in one of his guest rooms, as well as private moments of him lounging with girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis.

He didn't find out about the pictures until they where printed in two tabloids.No legal lawsuits have been filed yet, but Clooney promises to proceed with the lawsuits. Clooney said in a statement, "I don't know about the law in the United States but in Italy it's illegal for photographers to climb over my wall and to take long lens pictures of a 13-year-old girl in her bedroom. I draw the line of privacy at that."
