15 Finalists for Miss Universe Remain

On Sunday, Miss USA was chosen to be one of the top finalists to be competing for the crown for Miss Universe. There are only 15 finalists as Kristen Dalton joins other contestants from countries such as Iceland, Puerto Rico, Albania, Czech Republic, Dominican Republic, Belgium, Sweden, Kosovo, France, Australia, South Africa, Switzerland, Venezuela and Croatia.

The 15 finalists showed off their bathing suits to the judges. The 10 final contestants will be selected before the evening gown section and the last remaining 5 contestants will then answer questions from the judges.

The beauty queens had all prepared well for Sunday as they competed in the Miss Universe pageant. They all waved and smiled for their excited fans that gathered at the Atlantis Hotel. Many of the contestants had suffered from dehydration in the past week and some had even gone home on Saturday to recuperate. The winner will be crowned by none other than reigning Miss Universe Dayana Mendoza from Venezuela.
