There’s no doubt that no one can understand what Whitney Houston’s daughter, Bobbi Kristina, is going through right now, and it seems the 18-year-old has turned to drugs to cope with her mother’s death.

The UK’s Daily Mail reported Bobbi Kristina was reportedly missing Sunday morning before her mother’s funeral in Fairview Cemetery in New Jersey.

“Everyone was freaking out and calling Bobbi Kristina’s cell,” a source friend of the Houston family told the Daily Beast. “It was so much commotion and activity after the funeral that Bobbi Kristina just slipped away. Ms. Cissy (Houston’s mother) was beside herself.”

A Houston family spokesperson said that she just “needed some time alone” and was not participating in any suspicious activity.

However, according to the New York Daily News, the teenager needed some alone time later that day for illegal activities.

Sources said Bobbi Kristina was found in a hotel after the burial “getting high.”

“It’s a horrible situation for everybody,” a source said. “They tried to save Whitney, and it didn’t work. Now with Bobbi Kristina, they fear the same thing is happening again and they won’t be able to stop it either.”

This isn’t the first time she’s faced problems with drugs. TMZ reported Bobbi Kristina has been following her dad’s footsteps and has been battling substance-abuse problems for three or four years.
