The Twitter feud between R&B artist Chris Brown and WWE heavyweight champion CM Punk is continuing to escalate as CM Punk has responded by issuing a challenge.
On Monday, Punk started the feud sending out a tweet that read, "I would like @chrisbrown fight somebody that can defend themselves wrote. Me curb stomping that turd would be a #wrestlemania moment."
Brown fired back by saying, "@CMpunk needs more followers. He's such a leader! Not to mention the roids hes on has made it utterly impossible for him pleasure a women," followed by, "@CMpunk contact my assistant and I'll have em send u an autographed pic for my biggest FAN!!!"
According to Media Bistro, Punk has finally decided to respond to Brown by tweeting a video.
The video addressed accusations made by Brown in his tweets. He states that he is indeed drug free and also says, "I don't think Chris has paid for what he's done," reports Bleacher Report.
He then went on to issue a challenge for Brown to enter the wrestling ring with him, but said that it wouldn't happen because Brown "isn't a man."
Brown did not accept nor deny Punk's challenge.
"I miss the real wrestlers! (Hacksaw Jim duggan, Brett the hitman heart, coco beware, rowdy roddy piper) #Notnopunks," he tweeted.
The most recent, and possibly last tweet about the matter by Brown reads, "Note:today will be the last day I bring @cmpunk existence up! The confrontations that people continuously bring my way are very amusing."
On tonight's live episode of Smackdown, announcers Michael Cole and Booker T mentioned the feud that is taking place.
