With Lindsay Lohan’s upcoming appearance in both the Lifetime film about Elizabeth Taylor and her March 3 Saturday Night Live appearance, it’s important her probation progress hearing go smoothly today.
Lohan, accompanied by her mother, Dina Lohan, showed up almost a half hour early to the hearing, E! Online reports.
She certainly started it off right by being early, and once inside, Judge Stephanie Sautner told the actress she’s in the “homestretch” of completing her court mandated probation sentence.
During the speedy hearing, Sautner said “She has done everything that's required," adding, "The way I figured it and we talked, there's 14 more days of community service and five more therapy sessions. Ms. Lohan, you're in the homestretch, OK?
She added, "The probation officer's pleased with your progress, you seem to be getting your life back on track and that's what we've all hoped for."
USA Today that Lohan only has one more progress hearing to go, which is scheduled for March 29.
She only has five therapy sessions left, 14 more days of morgue duty and has $3,500 in fines, then she’s a free woman.
In order to leave the state for her SNL appearance, Judge Sautner said it’s OK for her to do so, with the permission of her probation officer.
