After the Academy of Country Music Awards, CBS will air ACM presents: Lionel Richie and Friends in Concert on April 13.
The event already had a lineup of country talent and, now, even more stars have been added to perform.
The ACM and Dick Clark Productions announced that Tim McGraw, Jennifer Nettles, Luke Bryan and Sara Evans have been added, reports Music-Mix.
They will be joining fellow country stars Rascal Flatts, The Band Perry, Lady Antebellum, Kenny Rogers, Kenny Chesney, Martina McBride, and Jason Aldean, who had been previously announced.
"Being a part of the ACMs is an honor. I am excited to share such an amazing evening with some of my closest friends,” Richie said in an email to the Associated Press.
Richie is about to release Tuskegee, an album which will include duets with musicians such as Chesney, Shania Twain, Willie Nelson, and Blake Shelton. It is set to be released on March 27.
Tuskegee, Alabama is where Richie was born and raised.
"I didn't know there was new and old. All I knew was that these are country artists and everybody's on board. And then I got into the album and realized, 'Holy mackerel, we've got a melting pot here of something amazing,'" Richie told CMT.
ACM Presents: Lionel Richie and Friends will be taped on April 2 and will air April 13 on CBS. The concert will be taking place in Las Vegas in the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
Richie has also recently announced a European tour. This will be the first time the singer will be touring Europe since 2009.
The ACM Awards will be held on April 1 and will be hosted by Blake Shelton and Reba McEntire.
